Child Safety Standards

Will U Be There is committed to the safety of all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior on our platform.

1. Age Requirement

Will U Be There is not directed at children under 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children
• Grooming behavior or attempts to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
• Sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any conduct that facilitates the exploitation of minors

3. Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve the exploitation of a child, please report it immediately:

• Email us at info@thatukrainianguy.rocks with the subject line "Child Safety Report"
• Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline
• Contact your local law enforcement

4. Enforcement

We review all reports promptly. When we identify CSAE content or behavior, we:

• Immediately remove the content and disable the offending account
• Report to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law
• Preserve evidence for law enforcement investigations
